MWV1A
The MWV1A is a self-regulating processing unit which removes particles, gasses and water. The Mini Water Vac unit is is designed as a dedicated unit and can service oil resrvoirs of up to 2,500 liters.
The water removal process is generated through a vane vacuum pump and a vacuum chamber. Efficiency of the water removal is supported through a 2 kW heating element which controls the fluid temperature. The temperature setting is controlled by an adjustable thermostat. Solid particle removal is achieved through a well proven RMF Systems micro filter.
Water, gas and particle removal
The MWV1A removes liquid, gas and solid contamination, which are corrosive and contribute to the reduction of machine life. Water, gas and solid particle contamination greatly increase maintenance cost and contribute to unwanted break downs or total machine failures.
The Mini Water Vac offers protection against malfunctions, break downs or total failures. The Mini Water Vac also protects the environment by reducing oil consumption and oil disposal along with its inherent costs and problems.
