The RMF Systems OLUW1A is the smallest Off-line filter in the range. It is specially designed for industrial hydraulic installations with oil volumes of up to 1,350 liter. The Off-line filter has a single filter house with element and an electric driven gear pump to generate flow.
For extra water removal capability the unit is equipped with a H2O Sorb spin-on filter which has excellent water removal capacity. The spin-on element is placed directly after the gear pump so the first stage of filtration is water removal, preventing the main element of immediate water saturation.
The gear pump draws fluid from the reservoir and pumps it through the filter unit. After filtering, the oil is returned to the tank. An extensive choice of elements is available. This Off-line filter unit can be easily mounted to new and existing hydraulic installations. Fitting is done by means of a bracket for wall mounting.
A large choice of different electric motors is offered to suit any possible requirement. The filter unit has a pressure gauge for indication of element saturation and two (2) sample points for on-line sampling.
