OLUH1A

The OLUH1A  Heated unit is a unique design that warms the oil in a specific manner. Allowing the viscosity to be reduced to a level which will permit fine filtration without the oil being exposed to too high temperatures that could cause overheating and burning of the oil, rendering it useless.
The unit consists of a filter housing with element, an oil pump to generate flow and a heater element with adjustable thermostat to set  the desired oil temperature.
It is very suited to hydraulic applications in arctic conditions where oil temperature is a common problem.
An internal labyrinth in the heater tube ensures the fluid a long duration of stay to increase contact time with the heating element, achieving maximum possible temperature transfer. The adjustable thermostat allows for exact temperature settings while a maximum thermostat prevents overheating.
A choice of filter elements exists so that the OLUH1A can be customised to every individual need.
The unit can be executed in a range of voltages and heaters are availble in a standard range of 2 kW and 4 kW.
